As you can see here : http://docs.logicaldoc.com/resources/wsdoc/soap/7.5.2/Document.html#method27 In the request part, it mentions that the 'fileName' argument is NOT required. But when I am trying to use the listDocuments function it won't let me if I don't provide the 'fileName' argument. I want ...

As LogicalDoc support said:
you should edit and modify the file app.config
and change the values of keys Username/Password

then you will need to adapt the urls of the endpoints to the url of your LogicalDOC
