Hi Bassam,
you should use:
Connection Security: TLS, if available
Secure authentication: uncheck
Username and Sander email (the email address to which your Office 365 is connected)

Hi Darcy, clearly your problem is due to a memory constraint org.hsqldb.HsqlException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space If you're using a JVM 64 bit you can address memory without problem, but if you're using a JVM 32 bit you can just assign 1400 o 1500 MB as max memory for Java Process. ...

I can guarantee that LogicalDOC can store huge amount of documents, in our lab we have a testing server with 20M documents.
That server is configured with MySQL as DBMS
