Re: Extensions Properties Search Not Working
This is strange, searching for documents by extension is a very simple function, just enter the file extension you are interested in finding and press the Search button. If you don't see results, it is probably because your user does not have read rights to the folders containing the documents. Chec...

Re: not reachable from outside
You should check that the port redirect is activated on your Fritzbox, plus you have to check the status of the Linux Ubuntu firewall.
Unfortunately, I can't help you on this because I don't know much

Re: .Docx doucment support
Hi @aashish4, you can add .docx files into LogicalDOC Community no problem, the same is true for the other office file extensions: Excel and Powerpoint But LogicalDOC Community is not able to preview that documents, nor it is able to index that files. If you need this covered you should consider any...

Re: DB Error - Logicaldoc 7.2.1 Community - Postgres
I suppose there is an error in the SQL statement used for this operation, perhaps the database script for PostgreSQL schema creation has some missing columns in some table.
You should investigate the error by consulting the dms.log file

Re: Setup problem on DS218
That is probably a config problem, check the password of MariaDB root user.
You should also attach the screens of the other tabs, perhaps there is a config error in the Repository settings

Re: Rest Api Search by attribute and automate upload process
Hi Peter,
with the Document API you can only search by folder and filter on filename (on the selected folder), you can't add a filter for user defined attribute.
So the queries you composed will work, but you only get the documents in folder 101 without any filter applied.

Re: Installing on Synology DS216
Hi Nils,
Logicaldoc on Synology NAS requires Java 8 and a database (Maria DB) in order to operate.
Also I suggest to install phpMyAdmin in order to manage/backup the database
If you can't access the application I suggest to check the requirements, uninstall the App then install again
