Hi Guys,
Hopefully you can assist. I am currently setting up a demo of LogicalDOC however after running through the installation I am unable to login to the page http://localhost:8081 (8080 was already in use) with the admin/admin credentials.
I have checked the file tomcat-users.xml however the credentials are correct. Also, I can login fine if I go to http://localhost:8081/setup.
I am using MySQL 5.6.22, and Java SDK 8 (Upd 31). I was trying to resolve and installed Java SDK 7 (Upd 75) however this made no difference.
Cheers,
James

Probably the database was not created correctly or you have not activated your license, please post a screnshot of the login page of your LogicalDOC

Hi mmeschieri,
It looks like you are right about the license, see attached screenshot.
I was not provided a temporary license of any sorts when signing up, do I need to contact the sales department?
Thanks,
James

Hi Helal,
on which database you installed LD?
You should look in the log files, usually you find them in the folder C:\logicaldoc\respository\logs
The main log file is dms.log

Re: Unable to Login after 7.1.3 Installation
LogicalDOC version 7.2 (with installer) during the setup gives you the option to choose the database: internal or external (MySQL).
In the second case it is sufficient that you provide the credentials of a user with elevated privileges (root) and the installer will create the schema and tables.
Alternatively, you can manually create the schema and rerun the setup of the system from the web-interface, just use the address:
http://localhost:8080/setup
or
http://localhost:8080/logicaldoc/setup
(You will be prompted for credentials to access the protected area)
