Error creating LogicalDoc-COmmunity service

Trying to install LogicalDoc 7.6.2 and installer seems not able to create service. Getting error Failed to create Logicaldoc-community service. 
Whole installation ran to the end with success status but cannot connect to localhost:8080. This is Windows 7 64bit. Java both 32 and 64 bit JDK's installed.
