writing to another storage problem

writing to another storage problem

Hello,

Im using LD CE 6.1, im trying to extend my storage by creating another storage and i've specified the correct repository path. But it's not saving to that new rep, but it still saves to the old one!

What am i supposed to do?!

The multi-volume storage is a feature of the Enteprise edition of the product.
It is not enabled in the CE (Community Edition) of the SW.

Oh, so the option is just available in the interface but not functioning, that's what you mean?!

Yes it is true, even if the option is available in interface, LogicalDOC community edition (CE) is not enabled to write on volumes other than the first.
I'm sorry, but the multi-volume storage is considered an Enteprise level feature.
However, if you are interested, you can ask the sales department for a quote inclusive of the data migration to version Enterprise.

I have problem with my hired storage facility that doesn't provide me enough space for things. Please help me to find a new one.
