I have one client who is unable to preview documents in LogicalDOC. Whenever she tries, she gets the following error: "License key not accepted. Please check your configuration settings." She is able to do everything else, however, including downloading docs, checking them out/in, and adding notes, etc.
I've tried purging her browser cache, but it didn't help.
We are running LogicalDOC 7.1.3 in a CentOS 7 environment with LibreOffice.

Re: "License Key not accepted" error when trying to preview
When the user tries to preview a document, the Preview window opens and then the error appears in a dialog box. This is the only place where we're seeing it.

You should contact technical support via email by sending the details of your instance of LogicalDOC.
Unique Identifier (ID) of your LogicalDOC instance.
License key
Address is: support at logicaldoc dot com
They will check the details of your license.
The problem occurs only on a user or for all users of the installation?

Only one user is exhibiting this problem. It appears to be working fine for everyone else. We have around 80 users who use this application every day. It seems to have singled her out.

Ok die7fox, your user, the one that has the problem, should completely clear the browser cache.
Which browser she is using?
What is the version?
Maybe the problem is with the flash component used to render the preview, she should update her Adobe Flash.
