We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Cannot add account in LogicalDOC Mobile (IOS)

Post by hanspeter » Wed Jul 06, 2016 2:44 pm

Hi,
i have the CE 7.5 running.

Now i tried the Mobile App and bought the Account Enabler to add my own dms.

After adding, i get following error when i´m trying to access my documents:
ASIHTTPRequestErrorDomain-Error 10

My dms is available under https://domain.ltd/logicaldoc
CMIS is activated.

my settings in the app (which i can save as a new account):
Server: domain.ltd
HTTPS: yes
Port:443
Service-Document /logicaldoc/service/cmis

...seems ok for me.
Any ideas for help?
thanks in advance,
hanspeter

You settings seems OK,
  • check that the iPad/iPhone is able to resolve the domain you put in configuration
  • check that you have a valid https certificate (not auto-generated)
  • check that the address is available from a different browser composing the url

Hi hanspeter,
I found a clue to solve your question:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9454 ... s-beginner

So basically it appears that your iPad/iPhone is not able to solve the domain you entered,
perhaps because it is on a network in which the DNS is not able to solve the domain you configured.

However, what is the iOS version of your device?

Hi hanspeter,
you can try these 2 options:

1) change the https port to 8443
(this is the port to which the protocol https is bound in a standard LD community)
(see the file server.xml on tomcat\conf folder)

2) try to connect to LD using standard http
HTTPS off
Port: 8080
