Hi,
Is it possible to embed a LogicalDOC file on an external webpage? I'd like to be able to upload an .mp4 file to LogicalDOC, then embed that file on a page so that it can be streamed (similar to a Youtube embed - unfortunately I can't use Youtube or similar sites).
I figure if I was able to get a permalink to a LogicalDOC file that would solve half my problem. This old thread seems to suggest it is possible since v6.3, but I can't figure out how. Is this just referring to the Download ticket rather than an actual permalink?
Cheers

Hi firefly,
you can get a direct link to a file in LogicalDOC.
Basically each file has a direct link end you can get it from the WEB-GUI, look at the bottom panel (Properties of a document) and you will see Permalinks to download the file or to request details.
See attached image
Please remember that LD will require an authentication in order to access the document
Another way would be to get a download ticket
