I wonder if it wouldn't be more efficient to create an installation and troubleshooting documentation - it would save tie to your customers and also to you, what do you think??

I managed to find advise on forum of other products as the problem seems purely java installation issue... It took me time to find correct java and reinstall it after few time. Now the system works fine...
