Also check that the database service (MySQL or MariaDB) is running

unfortunately I can not see the image n.02, but from what I see in the first image it is clear that the web address opened in your web-browser is not the right one.
Check that you are using the right door (the same requested during installation)

in LogicalDOC you should check the permissions of the folder.
Select a folder and then on the right panel in the bottom section the tab "Security"
