The LogicalDOC Office Add-in, as well the Outlook Add-in,
are designed to work with the commercial editions of LogicalDOC.
They check the license of LogicalDOC, which of course is not present on the Community version...
So this is why it does not connect to your server

You should check the parameter server.url in your context.properties

if your are not in hurry, my advice is to be patient.
Probably towards the end of this month an upgrade script (for the database) will be released.

Yes it is true, even if the option is available in interface, LogicalDOC community edition (CE) is not enabled to write on volumes other than the first. The multi-volume storage is a feature of the Enteprise edition of the product.
It is not enabled in the CE (Community Edition) of the SW.
