Sorry, the notification of the change is not controlled by a setting, LogicalDOC sends the credentials when the user changes them because in the past users were unable to enter the system beacuse they didn't remember the password itself, hope you understand. I think this thread touched every details...

Ok, this you are asking is not available in the software right now.

I repeat when you change the password of the user you have the notify credentials flag, just uncheck it.
No way to change the complexity of the first password assigned by the system.

The pasword is sent by email only if you leave checked the option 'notify by email'

Sure, you can point your mouse cursor in the ID property in the properties panel and a popup will show you it is an alias.
