Released the update package for LogicalDOC CE 6.0

Available on SourceForge the update package for upgrading LogicalDOC Community Edition 6.0 to version 6.1

The new version of LogicalDOC CE 6.1 has some important new features including the rating system of documents and Dutch language support.

In addition, the libraries used for PDF parsing have been updated and the indexing of documents have been optimized in order to reduce memory consumption.
