Apply branding to LogicalDOC CE

Based on the earlier comments on LogicalDOC Community Forums, the branding (changing logo) is not supported in CE. It has been asked several times and it would be a useful feature.

Dear juhavuorinen,
branding as option is only available in the commercial editions of LogicalDOC,
so currently we do not plan to implement it on the community edition
