It would be very helpful to be able to bulk update properties by folder/subfolder.
Currently, updating the properties (Tags, Templates and associated Ext.Properties) can only be done folder by folder, which is very slow.
It would be very useful to be able to do this for all documents in a folder, including all subfolders. Similarly, it would be very helpful to be able to bulk updates for a list of files that are returned from a search.
The current approach, limiting bulk updates to an individual folder, is very slow for large file sets stored in a hierarchical folder tree.
The contents you find here are totally obsolete so do not use this website to obtain a solution for your issues: the indications you get from here will not be accurate and may lead to data loss or other mayor problems

Re: Bulk update by folder/subfolder
Hi DanFels,
thanks for the suggestion,
to be honest it seems a little difficult that can be applied on folder and sub-folders,
but might be useful to apply a bulk-update function on research results.
You should propose this improvement on our issue-tracker http://issues.logicaldoc.com
