Database not connected

Hello
I try to setup up
postgres 13 / MYSQL 8
JDK 16 or 11
and logicaldoc 8.6

I create the database, all table and grand the privilege
(I can access my database with DBEAVER)

but when à run the SETUP it cannot connect to the DB
I try with postgres and Mysql with always the same message
"database not connected"

Could you help me ?
