hi,
I downloaded logicaldoc ce(Download logicaldoc-6.3.5-tomcat-bundle.zip (63.7 MB) ),

but there doesn't exists webdav plugin,
anybody who knows where can I get it, thank you very much!

In LogicalDOC there is a webdav interface,
so with an external webdav application such as NetDrive, WebDrive or other you can connect to logicaldoc through this interface.
