HI,

I'm trying to upgrade my CE version. I've looked at the upgrade procedure, but I'm experiencing two issues;
-7.1.1 install , I can't find an update folder as per the instructions
- I can't access the network link (assuming this is for the paid version).

Any suggestions would be of great help.

Hello Gremenas,
the upgrade package to update LD ce 7.1.1 to LD ce 7.1.3 has not been released.
So you just can not perform any update.
You might be tempted to do so, but I do not recommend you because there are differences in the database schema.
You should wait for an official patch
