Open Source Document Management

Hello,

I have installed and configured LogicalDoc and the tomcat server. I opened up ports to connect from external IPs. Internally on localhost everything runs fine on the server, however from any other IP I try to connect and it just stays stuck at the 'Loading Messages' and never does anything. Any help or suggestions? Thank you.

It seems you are using Internet Explorer. In this case, just remove the 'compatibility mode' visualization for the IP of the LogicalDOC's server.

This was all through google chrome, I did test it in internet explorer and it still did the same thing. Not sure exactly what you mean about the 'compatibility mode' visualization, where exactly would that setting be? Cant seem to find it anywhere.

Which edition of LogicalDOC you are trying?
LogicalDOC Community or the Trial version that you can download from the official website?
Can you tell me the exact number of the version? (7.0.x or 7.1.2)
