I have 5 users in logicaldic (paid version) and wan't to add the sixt user. When i fill in the user form and i click save, i get a warning message "user not saved"

What can be wrong?

Hello Bertram,

probably your system is licensed for up to 5 users.

If in your system there are already 5 users,
if you try to add the 6th, LD automatically prevents that,
because it has reached the maximum number of users as per installed license
