installation challenge

Hi team,
i just installed logicaldoc on our system. Everything seemed to go well during the installation process but when it was time to log in using the default
username: admin
password: admin
the system kept responding with: Access Denied. how can i fix this?

You should check the main log file of LogicalDOC which you can find in folder

C:\LogicalDOC\repository\logs
or in Linux/Unix
/<INSTALLATION_DIR>\repository\logs

Main log file name is: dms.log

Also you can check if there is some problem with Tomcat reading its log files in folder
C:\LogicalDOC\tomcat\logs

Please remember that LogicalDOC needs Java JRE 8 in order to run
