How to import LDAP users/group

Thu Aug 25, 2011 7:06 am

Hi, I have just done the configuration of LDAP ( Enterprise 6.2.4), and it showed "Connection established" when I clicked Test Connections. :D

But after that, I still failed to log in as any LDAP user. :? Is there any other action needed ? e.g. import users from AD, but I couldn't any place to do that.

Please kindly advise. Thank you.

To enable the import you have to enable the LDAP Synchoinizer task, that is enlisted in the Tasks administration panel.

In addition please check to have the 'enabled' flag to 'yes' in the LDAP configuration panel.

Return to “Configuration”
