We are currently evaluating LogicalDoc.

For certain users we would like to disable some document tabs.

- Calendar
- Signature

Is there a way to achieve this?

And is it possible to disable the complete Workflow in the GUI for the time being?

it is possible to disable certain items from the Security menu like for example some tabs in the document view: Aliases, History, Trash and Version.

Unfortunately currently it is not possible to hide the tabs you requested
Perhaps it will be in the future, you can make your request to sales@logicaldoc.com of fill-out a feature request into the bug tracker at https://bugs.logicaldoc.com/

we are working to make the Calendar and Signature menus manageable in the security menu.
About the Workflow, that can be disabled at license level
