Unable to find Actual uploaded document

I'm using logicalDoc CM edition.
And I'm uploading document using Logical doc ui.
But when I want to get uploaded file from file location I didn't get actual formatted docment.
It gives me only binary formatted data.
Help me to get or where do I find those uploaded document at file location.
