I installed the Logicaldoc app on an ipad so the documents could be accessed outside the company network. The app connects to the server and authenticates OK, but gets an error when trying to access the repository. "Logicaldoc Mobile did not connect to http://xx.xx.xx.xx:xx/logicaldoc/service/cmis/5/children?......(load of other parameters)... . Either your settings are incorrect or you are not connected to the internet.", where the xx.xx.xx etc it the local ip address of the server.
In the LD admin settings control panel the web service, CMIS, and WebDav urls are all shown as the fqdn, and in the parameters section the server address is also the fqdn, so why is the app getting passed the local server address. This seems similar to my previous post on the download ticket URLs, which are also getting passed as the local IP address. Has any one else experienced these issues?

Re: logicaldoc ipad app error
Try to change the "server.url" parameter in the context.properties as described in this other post
