Tags button not present

Hello,
I'm new to LogicalDOC and have installed the LogicalDOC CE version 7.5.1 on ubuntu server.
Under document metadata there is no tags button.
Is this because I'm using the CE version? Or is this a feature that needs to be activated?
I've already went through the available documentation but I can't find anything that points me in the right direction.
Any help would be appreciated!!
