document metadata tags option not present

Hello,
I'm new to LogicalDOC. my current config uses the latest LogicalDOC community edition and runs on ubuntu server.
On my LogicalDOC page I cannot find the tags button under Administration - Document metadata .
Is this because I'm using the Community Edition or is this a feature that needs to be enabled?
I have already searched the forum and the install guide but I can't find if this is normal for the CE edition.
Any help would be appreciated
