Hi omarismael95,
in LogicalDOC Community you can preview only PDF document files.
You can add new tags by selecting a document and on the file-properties panel (center-bottom-panel)
you will see a field New tag. By filling that field and moving the mouse cursor over the panel changes and you can save the changes as a new metadata version of the document

Usually you can get new version of LogicalDOC CE on SourceForge
Version 7.7.5 has not yet released, so you can wait, or you can build up from the sources,
in the past an upgrade procedure has been produced, because it is not sufficient to replace the war file, perhaps your installation will miss some configuration data
