Hi, guys
When I add a document , there is an option "Language " for the properties tab, do you know what is the detailed usage for it ? because I notice that not all language are listed in the drop down list.

The Language option is used to specify the language of the document.
It will be used by the search engine to index the document and for full-text searches.
You should know that LD can perform full-text searches in native language, but you have to enable languages for the index / search.

In order to enable/disable languages for that purpose, go to:
Administration->Settings->Search and Indexing->Installed languages
then on a defined language open the contextual menu using the right mouse
Now you can enable/disable each language in the list
