I have users from multiple OUs.
For other applications, I set the base user node to the Active Directory root (site.local) and filter with via group. It does not appear I'm allowed to do that with this software as the connection fails.
I can connect with one OU or the other.
If I add the second OU, the connection fails.
The contents you find here are totally obsolete so do not use this website to obtain a solution for your issues: the indications you get from here will not be accurate and may lead to data loss or other mayor problems

Yes, this is possible,
you can specify more than OU separating them with semicolumn ';'
or you can start the search from the super node (parent node)
