Create date is showing incorrect

Create date is showing incorrect

Hi all

I downloaded the community edition and started testing it.
I uploaded a file and I see the "create date" is showing incorrect.
I`m using Hebrew as langauge andf the date is showing the format string "יי/חח/שששש..... " instead of showing the numbers e.g. 29/11/2017.
Any idea how do I fix this?
I attached here a screen shot of how it looks like.
