Sending many documents as a Download Ticket

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Sending many documents as a Download Ticket

I'm running a hosted 8.5.2 version of LogicalDoc with all the latest patches. When I try and send many PDF documents in an email through LogicalDOC it doesn't give me the feature to send as a 'Downloadable Ticket', but when I send one document it does.

Is it possible to send multiple documents as a Downloadable Ticket?
I don't mind if I have to zip them first.
