We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Hi

I am in trial mode and I am attempting to use the Import functionality over an SMB share.
I created the connection and tested the connection and that part is successful.

I have three folders (fl1, fl2, fl3) each with one file (f1.txt, f2.txt, f3.txt) in them.

When I run the import task it only creates the folders; none of the files within the folders get created. What am I doing wrong?

Hi cvan1234,
you have to be careful about the configuration of the import folder.
Perhaps you have specified filtering on the file extensions to be imported, the size or date of creation

Also you should check the permissions of the server folders, maybe Logicaldoc's robot can not browse folders due to read permissions
