RTF document - View not available

Hi, I setup logicaldoc and was able to scan pdf and rtf document and uploaded them. Clicking on a pdf document, it is displayed correctly on the right hand side pane whereas when I click onan rtf doc, I get " View not available".
What I need to add in the config to be able to display rtf doc?

In LogicalDOC Community the preview is limited to PDF documents, you can't preview RTF files.
That option is available only in the commercial editions of LD

Hi everybody. I have just installed logicaldoc CE ; i uploaded a few PDF but unfortunately, i can't get any preview or content (when downloaded) for them.
I assume i miss Some configurations. Please, can you help ?
My setup is :
- logicaldoc community 7.7.6
- win server 2012 r2
And i have this error in the preview panel :
"
Message : Unexpected server response (204) while retrieving PDF "
http://172.16.32.20:8090/convertpdf?doc ... ersion=1.0".
