migrate several doc version from other DMS to Logical Doc

Dear folks
We would like to migrate our document to logicalDoc. In current DMS we have a lot of document with versions, if we use import folder and predefine metadata at index.xml file to import these document into LogicalDoc, could you please give us a sample metadata format to be used?
