LogicalDoc Community All Documents and Config gone after Restart

I have installed the LogicalDoc Community with Embedded Database for our learning to implement for Customers
When I created document and made some users, then reboot server, Why all Documents and user configuration has gone? There is nothing in GUI.
I have some searched in Logical Doc forums that recommended to clear cache/cookie but still not worked.
Do anyone found this issue and how to solved? (I'm not sure because does Community Edition has not allowed to create permanent documents/configuration?)
