LogicalDoc Community All Documents and Config gone after Restart

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

LogicalDoc Community All Documents and Config gone after Restart

I used the LogicalDoc Community Edition with Embedded Database. When I imported some documents and configure user security, and I have restarted service. Everything is gone and become like first fresh install. I'm not sure what happen, or there is limitation of LogicalDoc Community Edition with Embedded Database.

Please suggest me.
