LogicalDOC service failure

Hello,
we have been using LogicalDOC Community edition for several years withou any throuble.
Unfortunately last week, after a thunderstorm, the server was stopped and there seems to be no way to get it started again, not even manually.
I intend to reinstall the server application over the original one (I still have the installer for the release we're currently using, the 7.6.4), but I'm not sure my data will be preserved doing that and I'm afraid to get everything lost.
Does anyone had this issue?
Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks
