LogicalDOC CE 8.9.1 behind nginx proxy

Hello,
As the title says i have a setup of logicaldoc CE instance on Ubuntu Linux listening on localhost:8080 .
nginx is being configured as reverse proxy to serve as public access.
I get a weird error upon login on the top middle of the screen "Server connection error" but no such error is registered anywhere in the logs of tomcat instance.
Should i worry about it?
The LogicalDOC installation is working as expected and no errors are thrown during daily operations.
