Scan hangs

We've installed LogicalDOC for a client and have been slowly ramping up production usage. On one particular machine, using one particular scanner (this is a unique setup from other users in the same office) the scan dialog box loads, parameters can be set, but the scanner seems to hang on "transferring." Is this possibly a LogicalDOC problem or is it only the scanner?

The scanner is a Xerox DocuMate 152, and the system is Windows XP Pro, SP3.

Make sure that all the TWAIN drivers are running well. In addition it may be required to increase the memory available to the Java Plugin.
