WebDAV from user other than admin

Hi,
I'm using CE 6.4 and connect wevdav by netdrive client.
Connecting by other login user than admin , there is no folder shown after successful connection.
Off-course if this user login from browser, I can see the folder I defined.
Besides connecting by admin , there is folder I defined shown.
Is this normal function?
