Open Source Document Management

I have added 3 documents: one jpg and two docx.
I can preview and search on the jpg but now either of the docx.
The error message is: There was a problem with the conversion generation.
Please, contact your LogicalDoc administrator.

I have a trial version installed on Windows SBS 2011 (similar to Windows 2008 server)

The conversion to PDF as well the generation of the preview of documents, depends from the correct installation of OpenOffice on the server that host LogicalDOC.
