Hello every body, hope you are all well and excited to help some stuck users like me

I am facing an awkward problem. I have an instance of LD version 5.2.1 which has been running and working fine since a good while. My problem is that when I create a new user now, their account credentials will no
longer be sent to them automatically per email. It complains about some error while sending out the data. My smtp details hasn't changed, I have double checked everything and I've even tried with both google and yahoo account but it just doesn't like to work anymore.

Could anyone please help me and tell me why suddenly this function has stopped working?

at a minimum you should post the stack-trace of logicaldoc, or a zip of the main log file dms.log
In any case, the cause of your problem can be many:
1) firewall issues
2) problems of antivirus
3) dns problems (unable to resolve the address of the smtp server)
