From what I remember in the commercial versions of logicaldoc (business and enterprise),
it is possible to edit the metadata of a selection of documents in a folder in a single activity.
Based on my research the feature should be available
from version 6.3 of LD
Here is another link
Release notes for LogicalDOC 6.3
The name of this feature is
Bulk Update
http://www.logicaldoc.com/product/relea ... ights.html
The use of this feature is very simple:
open a folder, select a group of documents, and then select from the icon toolbar "Bulk Update"

Hi Regev,
from the picture you posted, it seems to me that you're using the community version.
As I said the Bulk Update feature is available in commercial versions of the product.
It's not possible to enable a single feature.
Also I don't think it is possible to expand the community version.
If you really need that functionality, you should contact the sales department and
ask for a quotation for the transition from the Community to a Business or Enteprise version.
Do not worry, the business version has some very reasonable costs
