Open Source Document Management

I've noticed an odd quirk in the dashboard when the "Documents Checked Out" window has content in it. When it's blank, the title of the window is "Documents Checked Out," but when there are documents listed in the window, the window title changes to "Untitled Window." Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
