Import Files Problem

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Import Files Problem

I have been able to configure a connection to a local folder so that LogicalDOC can import the files in it. The path is simply /root/Documents. I can confirm that the connection is working. When I test it, I get "Connection established." We were successful in importing the test documents we set up; three .txt files. These files were then deleted from LogicalDOC on purpose to test the import functionality.

We have not been able to re-import them ever since. Resetting the cache doesn't work. Even deleting and recreating the connection to the folder was unsuccessful. Am I missing something? Is there a time lag that's part of this process?

Also, the tags we defined in the connection aren't being applied to the documents we import. The templates are being applied, however.

But what cache you have deleted?
It is not to clear the browser cache,
but to erase the cache of the import folder.
You should use the right mouse click on the import folder to open the contextual menu, then select "Reset Cache".
