Office Add-in disappeared

Hi, this morning the plugin has disappeared for two users of ours. Both Office Add-in and Outlook Add-in.
I tried reinstalling the plugin but this has not changed anything.

Hello,
this is an unfortunate problem and but the reason is quite clear.
First of all we suggest you to download install the latest version of the Add-in, because since the version 2.10.0 all the artifacts are digitally signed.
If this does not solve your problem a manual intervention on the registry will be needed.
