Open Source Document Management

We recently upgraded to LogicalDOC 7.2 and we're looking forward to using the new Annotation feature. Unfortunately, it isn't working. When I click the "Annotations" button, I'm taken to the screen that should allow you to add annotations, but when I click "Add Annotation," nothing happens. No error messages appear or anything else. It just sits there. We've tried it in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Any idea what might be wrong?

The annotations feature, requires the external utility Pdftohtml, please refer to the installation guide for your system on how to make this available:

For Windows, it is included in the installer of LogicalDOC.

Thanks. It appears we just had the path to the pdftohtml plugin configured wrong in our settings. It's working now.
