error 500 after uploading a document

hello, i'm using LogicalDOC Community version 7.7.3.

when i upload documents only in a certain folder i get the error: '500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details', i don't know what happens...

Most likely there is a problem with the filename.
Check if there are any strange characters, such as '^' and '$'
Also I suggest to avoid file names with following characters:
\ / < > * ? " :

i called the document 'test.txt'.

when i upload to another folder all is fine, only in a particular folder i get that error...

Check carefully the name of the folder,
and any automatic assignments of the document types (template associated to the folder).
